Hi. I’m a Registered Nutritionist in New Zealand and Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist in Brazil with more than 22 years’ experience helping thousands of people create healthy relationships with food.

The key to a healthy relationship with food is to understand the way we eat and why.

Food is deeply tied to our emotional, physical, social and cultural lives. I will be with you every step of the way as we find ways to make long-lasting changes and leave a big smile on your face. As humans, we aren’t perfect. It’s okay to slip up here and there.

This approach is ideal for anyone tired of fad diets that say you “can only eat this” or “must not eat that”.
